摘要: Abstract The optical constants (refractive index n, extinction coefficient k and dielectric constant e) of some organic thin films were determined using reflectance transmittance spectra. real part imaginary parts the complex calculated. analysis absorption data revealed both direct indirect transition with band gaps 2.492–2.926 2.07–2.13 eV, respectively. refractive dispersion obeyed Single oscillator Wemple–Didomenico model parameters high-frequency determined.
