摘要: Qualitative online billing system performance is essential for cost-effective service providers. This paper presents the method of technical resources' distribution server based on resource requirements different types that takes into account daily load statistics services and increases revenue by providing an individual approach to with costs. The incoming requests' flow management proposed according resources. developed can reduce loss tariff caused exceedence maintenance time. results simulation have been obtained prove effectiveness method.
