摘要: Objective To evaluate the performance of International Ovarian Tumor Analysis (IOTA) ADNEX model in preoperative discrimination between benign ovarian (including tubal and para-ovarian) tumors, borderline tumors (BOT), Stage I cancer (OC), II–IV OC metastasis a gynecological oncology center Brazil. Methods This was diagnostic accuracy study including 131 women with an adnexal mass invited to participate February 2014 November 2015. Before surgery, pelvic ultrasound examination performed serum levels tumor marker CA 125 were measured all women. Adnexal masses classified according IOTA model. Histopathological diagnosis gold standard. Receiver–operating characteristics (ROC) curve analysis used determine classify into different histological types. Results Of women, 63 (48.1%) had tumor, 16 (12.2%) BOT, 17 (13.0%) OC, 24 (18.3%) 11 (8.4%) metastasis. The area under ROC (AUC) 0.92 (95% CI, 0.88–0.97) for basic vs malignant using Performance high BOT AUCs 0.99, 0.97 0.94, respectively. poor differentiation 0.64. Conclusion The majority our correctly On basis findings, we would expect aid management presenting center. Copyright © 2016 ISUOG. Published by John Wiley & Sons Ltd.
