摘要: Abstract Organometallic crystals offer considerable nonlinear response therefore, present article focuses on bulk growth and investigation of Cu2+ ion doped zinc thiourea chloride (ZTC) crystal to explore its technological impetus for laser assisted optical (NLO) device applications. The ZTC single dimension 03 × 2.4 × 0.4 cm3 has been grown from pH controlled aqueous solution by employing slow solvent evaporation technique. structural analysis performed means X-ray diffraction doping in matrix confirmed energy dispersive spectroscopic (EDS) origin properties studied the Kurtz-Perry test Z-scan analysis. remarkable enhancement second harmonic generation (SHG) efficiency with reference determined. He-Ne determine third order (TONLO) nature crystal. TONLO parameters such as susceptibility, absorption coefficient, refractive index figure merit Cu-ZTC have evaluated using transmittance data. damage threshold high intensity Nd:YAG is found be 706.2 MW/cm2. hardness number, work hardening index, yield strength elastic stiffness coefficient investigated under microhardness study. etching study carried out likelihood, etch pits surface quality
