摘要: Bisphenol A (BPA) is a known endocrine-disrupting compound (EDC) that has structure similar to of the hormone estrogen. Even low concentrations BPA are able bind estrogen receptors, thereby inducing severe diseases such as reproductive disorders, chronic diseases, and various types cancer. Despite serious effects, use remains widespread. Therefore, monitoring both dietary nondietary exposure important for human healthcare. Herein, we present field-effect transistor (FET) sensor using aptamer-modified multichannel carbon nanofibers (MCNFs) detect BPA.
