摘要: Abstract Shot peening is widely used in several fields to improve the fatigue strength of manufactured parts via introduction compressive residual stresses. The shot velocity significant physical factor; however, it difficult measure this directly pneumatic peening. In study, an experiment was performed record movement with a high-speed camera. Particle image velocimetry (PIV) distribution: accelerated after being projected from nozzle and reached steady at approximately 80 mm nozzle. proportional 0.51st power air pressure: 30 m/s 0.14 MPa 49 m/s 0.35 MPa for steel ASR170. For A7075 aluminum alloy, depth stress increased greater than 0.5 mm pressure. Finite element analysis (FEA) on distribution measured by PIV as input value. Peening multiple shots evaluated through dynamic explicit FEA. obtained subsequent static implicit analytical results complied experimental results. Thus, measurement technology FEA model that were calculate both validated.
