摘要: Followership is one of the emerging concepts in leadership theories. The role followership being studied for various aspects like moderation, substitution, etc. Similarly, servant concept studies having higher relevancy today’s challenges. Reciprocity between and area interest research not much addressed literature. study explores that attributes have reciprocal effects moderate relationship. Attributes enhances correspondingly increase followers process. We presented a theoretical framework along with leadership.We define reciprocity defined as corresponding leader follower to process exercised by both follower.
