摘要: Orbitozygomatic injuries are among the most common fractures encountered by plastic surgeon. Appropriate management depends on an accurate diagnosis, focusing physical examination and data from computed tomography scans. One must pay particular attention to orbital component of this injury, as it is that so much morbidity relating these incurred. As with all facial fractures, reduction paramount a successful outcome. many buttresses necessary should be visualized ensure anatomic reduction. The amount location fixation depend fracture anatomy.A outcome may expected if basic principles followed.
