摘要: Abstract This study aims to evaluate the energy efficiency of nanofluid as a heat transfer fluid in chaotic channel. To this end, hydrothermal characteristics water–Al2O3 are numerically investigated C-shaped and straight channels using single- two-phase methods then, results compared with each other. In channel, pressure drop show higher values comparison which is due intense mixing geometry, such that velocity temperature contours channel more uniform than those one. Using method, concentration distribution obtained non-uniform at cross section while makes nanoparticles uniform. water, through both presents drop. However, merit greater regard, simultaneous application nanofluids, fluids, modified can result not only efficiency, but also preventing agglomeration mixing.
