摘要: High-purity Fe-18Cr-14Ni/Si, Mn, P, S, C, N alloys and high-purity Fe-18Cr-16Ni/Mo were prepared by a cold crucible method to investigate the intrinsic effects of alloying elements on tensile properties Fe-18Cr-(14-16)Ni at room temperature. The results show that C interstitials had greatest solid-solution strengthening effect, followed ferrite-forming substitutional Mo Si, while P little or no effect. Grain refinement caused decrease in elongation an increase strength magnitude was considerable Fe-18Cr-16Ni-Mo alloys. addition Fe-18Cr-16Ni both internal stress σ 0 coefficient k Hall-Petch relation (σ 0.2 = + kd -1/2 ; where , d, are 0.2% proof stress, grain diameter, constants, respectively). obeyed equation, PS (MPa) 80.9 19.4(Mo) {0.314 0.048(Mo)} x d parentheses indicate content at% is average size m.
