摘要: The paper addresses the problem of low quality process/product in software development industry. In particular it deals with issue usage methods, which is empirically proved to be one reasons for failures projects and a contributor software. this paper, we outline an approach that could help improve maturity processes by circumventing problems hinder use disciplined approaches practice. based on method engineering principles represents continuation our past research field.
