摘要: Primary leptomeningeal lymphomatosis is a rare disease with only few hundred cases reported. We present patient relatively short history of 25 days headache followed by diplopia who was found to have primary T-cell lymphoma without evidence systemic lymphoma. The responded well chemotherapy along intrathecal medication and cranial irradiation returned completely normal state health. Not all chronic meningitis due infection or self-limiting inflammatory causes. It important consider as differential even in the absence constitutional features such loss weight, appetite, night sweats, lymphadenopathy hepatosplenomegaly. Central Nervous system (CNS) involvement cause meningitis, which eminently amenable treatment fatal if missed.
