摘要: The ferret is a key animal model for investigating the pathogenicity and transmissibility of important human viruses, pre-clinical assessment vaccines. However, relatively little known about immune system, due in part to paucity ferret-reactive reagents. In particular, T follicular helper (Tfh) cells are critical generation effective humoral responses humans, mice other models but date it has not been possible identify Tfh ferrets. Here, we describe screening development BCL6, CXCR5 PD-1 monoclonal antibodies. We found two commercial anti-BCL6 antibodies (clone K112-91 clone IG191E/A8) had cross-reactivity with lymph node from influenza-infected next developed murine against feX5-C05) fePD-CL1) using single B cell PCR-based method. were able clearly nodes influenza infected ferrets these marker identification will assist evaluation vaccine-induced design novel vaccines infection including SARS-CoV2.
