摘要: Public interest in complementary and alternative medicine has been increased worldwide, due to its wide applications cancer prevention treatment. Cordycepin is one of the most common crucial types medicine. (3'-deoxyadenosine), a derivative adenosine, was first isolated from drug Cordyceps militaris. widely used as compound for antitumor, which found exert antiangiogenic, anti-metastatic, antiproliferative effects, well inducing apoptosis. However, mechanism anti-tumor activity not known. This review will clarify mechanisms Cordycepin, regulate signaling pathways related with tumor growth metastasis. inhibit via upregulating apoptosis, cell cycle arrest targeting stem cells (CSCs). regulates microenvironment suppressing metastasis-related pathways. Thus, Cordycepins may be important supplement or substitute
