Colangiocarcinoma Intra-Hepático

摘要: Introduction: intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (CCIhp) is a rare malignant tumor usually diagnosed at an advanced stage. This study intends to assess the treatment results of CCIhp and define prognostic factors survival in treated our department. Material methods: Twenty-one patients undergoing for recent years, which eleven were operated with curative intent: four left hepatectomies, two hepatectomies extended segments V VIII, right bisegmentectomies trisegmentectomy. Results: Perioperative mortality was 0%, postoperative (three months) 6%. The cumulative rates 5 years 14% total population, 26% who underwent surgery disease free survival. There recurrence five patients, 1.09 ± 0.82 (range: 0.24 2.08). Factors  that influenced overall intent (p=0.028), presence vascular invasion (p=0.002) alkaline phosphatase diagnosis (p=0.044). Among intentions, (p=0.025) disease-free (p=0.002). Conclusions: Surgical only one enhanced CCIhp. However, as usualy late, small percentage these may benefit from this treatment.
