摘要: Abstract Natural gas is an important energy source among other sources of fossil fuels. It usually produced saturated with water vapor under production conditions. The dehydration natural very in the processing industry to remove present stream which may cause hydrate formation at low-temperature conditions that plug system. most common practice from streams use TEG (triethylene glycol) process. This paper focuses on modeling and simulation for revamping a plant named “Akik” existing Egypt owned by Khalda Petroleum Company. was almost depreciated, company administration decided revamp it same time perform necessary modifications order cut down equipment cost reduce consumption. To achieve this target configuration simulated using Aspen HYSIS program. model has been built according actual process flow diagram. results could be considered as basis new heat material balance will developed plant. Three different alternatives were investigated evaluated choose optimum one respect minimum cost, provided keeping specifications quantity gas.
