摘要: Abstract Background/Purpose Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy has become a common technique to provide nutritional support handicapped children with swallowing disorders; however, this is sometimes associated serious complications. We report novel method of 1-trocar laparoscopy–aided special reference its influence on gastroesophageal reflux (GER). Methods The subjects consisted 22 profoundly children, aged from 1 14 years (median, 7 years). Twenty-four-hour esophageal pH monitoring was conducted preoperatively in all and performed postoperatively 12. criteria for alone included no significant symptoms related GER distal acid exposure less than 15%. Esophageal evaluated at the esophagus (P1) 10 cm proximal P1 (P2). Stamm by grasping anterior gastric wall forceps inserted through an operating channel laparoscope. Data are expressed as medians ranges. Results There were neither perioperative mortality nor life-threatening complications except detachment one. significantly increased compared (2.1% [0.0%-4.7%] vs 4.6% [0.2%-8.7%], P = .02), but did not change much P2 (0.2% [0.0%-1.5%] 0.8% [0.0%-7.6%], .07). No patient developed postoperative GER. Conclusions One-trocar feasible without symptomatic
