摘要: Active control of turbine blade tip clearance for aircraft engine continues to be a concern in operation, because blades are subjected wear and therefore cause an increasing between the rotating shroud also reduce efficiency. In this work, Ni-rich Ni3Al coating with γ′/γ two-phase microstructure was deposited by electron beam physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD), which worked as repairing worn tips single crystal blades. Nb molten pool used increase temperature thus enhance rate. The microstructures mechanical properties can modified temperatures following heat treatments. All coatings consist γ′ γ phases. At 600 °C, dense achieved produce grain size ~1 μm microhardness ~HV 477. After being heated 4 h at 1,100 have more uniform microstructure, maintains high level 292. Effect Hf Zr on EB-PVD repair will further investigated.
