摘要: From two enclosed populations monitored for 13 and 11 years, time- age-specific survival rates of roe deer were estimated in relation to age study site by recent capture-mark-recapture methods. The very different. Roe Trois Fontaines, a 1360 ha reserve east France, faced severe winters. size this highly productive population was roughly constant during the period. Conversely, Chize, 2660 west France with mild winters, showed density dependence reproduction body weight. As general rule, females survived better than males, prime-age adults highest, decreased after 7 years age. Only winters affected markedly survivorship
