摘要: Localization of the α2 macroglobulin receptor (α2MR) was studied in postmortem human brain tissue Alzheimer disease (AD) and age-matched control cases with a monoclonal antibody (A2MRα2) to receptor. In α2MR detected neurons, glia, some capillaries. Neuronal staining most conspicuous hippocampus entorhinal cortex. AD, immunoreactivity enhanced. The intensity neurons increased, as number positive glial cells. addition, senile plaques, tangles, dystrophic neurites were strongly stained. These results suggest that is involved AD pathology.
