摘要: The revision of CONSORT guidelines for reporting blinding in randomised controlled trials is the subject controversy and criticism. To determine whether criticism justified, this short communication paper we discuss problems encountered methodology assessment blinding, standards on with reference to their usage clinical acupuncture chronic pain. conclude recommend two simple guidelines: development sound protocols that anticipate potential difficulties reinforce overall internal validity, secondly. accurate methodologies used ensure a clear view procedures.
