摘要: An accurate and dynamically robust state estimator is indispensable for the efficient reliable operation of a power system. In this paper, estimation method based on Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) proposed real-time monitoring systems under various operating conditions. This PMU-based Robust Dynamic State Estimator (PRDSE) makes feasible combination historical measurements, obtained from Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, with present more precision measurements PMUs. A new accuracy-based weighting function to increase robustness when system encounters large unwanted disturbance. Several IEEE test normal dynamic conditions are used demonstrate high performance PRDSE. Numerical results show effectiveness
