摘要: Aim : To evaluate the efficacy, as well acute and late toxicity of an accelerated hypofractionated 3DCRT schedule radical treatment in patients with organ confined glottic cancer cT1-2N0. Material methods: Between June 2004 September 2010, 47 retrospectively selected (29 males, 18 females) diagnosed T1 or T2 cancer, were treated external hypofractionation schedule. The median age was 70 years. A dose 64.4Gy 28 daily fractions prescribed. primary study endpoints to assess effects radiation toxicity, according EORTC/RTOG scale, therapeutic impact this terms local recurrence. Results: follow up 36 months. At end radiotherapy, grade I, II III observed 34, 9 and4 patients, respectively. Late I 25 8 Only two recurrences observed, 15 24 months post Conclusion: Our radiotherapy achieves a high locoregional control rate advantage voice preservation. proposed can be recommended standardized treatment, since these results are comparable other conventional fractionation schedules.
