摘要: The reproducibility of optic disc cup measurements was analyzed in 24 eyes patients [8 normals, 8 glaucoma patients, suspects] using the Laser Tomographic Scanner. mean coefficient variation triple 5.0% for area, 5.4% rim 7.0% volume, 4.0% depth, and 4.3% maximum depth. Mean reliability between two three performed each eye better than 0.988 0.995 volume 0.996 depth readings. These results suggest that laser scanning tomography allows highly reproducible living adds an important tool to ophthalmologist's armamentarium diagnosis follow-up patients.
