摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses a comparative analysis of gender-related characteristics in hormonally different groups and sees to what extent the outcome comparison can be predicted by general covariance (GC) model. The GC model makes distinction between biochemically conditioned development their phenotypical expressions; former is function sex hormones while latter inhibited or facilitated various environmental means that may act via among other mechanisms. It interest know whether certain parameters remain stable, when environmentally induced changes hormone occur, intellectual differences also require pubertal activation expected show greater flexibility postpubertal hormonal changes. According model, genetic potentiality for developing male, female, mixed behavioral repertoires exists both sexes, phenotypic actualization these potentials depends primarily on kind signals available physiological switchboard.
