摘要: Summary Amino acid (AA) levels in plasma and body growth were determined rats (n20) fed diets with different soya bean meal levels. Free AA was by reversed-phase high-pressure liquid chromatography. We have used four of protein like 8%, 15%, 23% 35% this trial. Rats which the low-protein (8%) diet low percentage found to be growth-retarded. The weight gain high group (35%) lower than that groups. In low-soya diet, some nonessential (NEAA) asparagine, aspartic acid, cysteine, glutamic serine increased, whereas essential (EAA), exception arginine, methionine valine decreased. Here, EAA-to-NEAA ratios not correlated experimental diet. hypothesize metabolism is associated changes on intake. This study has showed sensitivity mass gain, feed intake, conversion rate under controlled conditions.
