摘要: Survival curves and dose escalation studies of four representative human tumor cell lines exposed to the various alkylating agents are presented. With HN2, at a level one log kill there was fivefold range in drug concentration required achieve this degree among lines, from 4.5 microM for SL6 lung adenocarcinoma 22 SW2 small-cell carcinoma.
