摘要: Anaphylaxis is the most serious of all allergic reactions and can be fatal. The diagnosis frequently delayed, misdiagnosis often occurs with asthma or urticaria. Biomarkers such as tryptase are not routinely checked, appropriate treatment epinephrine administered in a majority cases, increasing risk poor outcomes. objective this review to provide better understanding pathophysiology anaphylaxis description phenotypes, endotypes, biomarkers available both clinical research settings. Expanding knowledge regard presentation, causes, triggers for among health care providers will improve its management, increase patient safety, decrease morbidity mortality.
