摘要: Purpose To analyse static characteristics and dynamic functionality of retinal vessels in eyes with central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) by means Dynamic Vessel Analyzer (DVA). Methods Patients presenting treatment-naive CSCR normal subjects (controls) matched for age sex between May 2015 November were enrolled the study. Participants underwent a complete ophthalmological examination, including analysis DVA. Results A total 28 (14 each group) included analysis. during stimulation flickering light showed mean venous dilation 3.3%±2.0% patients 5.5%±2.6% controls (p=0.0258); arterial did not differ (3.2%±2.5% and 4.2%±1.5%, p=0.2). No differences reported at control subjects. Subfoveal choroidal thickness as evaluated optical coherence tomography was 438.6±86.1 µm eyes, significantly increased compared (301.5±72.5 µm, p=0.0001). Conclusions revealed reduced response to flicker eyes. The decreased vein stimulation, possibly due sympathetic tone potentially leading stasis, together may help understand give insights its pathogenesis.
