Fifty-one were observed in histopathologic examination, revealed, addition to typical findings idiopathic calcinosis scrotum, various forms intact cysts: epidermal (some calcified), pilar (calcified), hybrid and indeterminate cysts with diffusely calcified keratinous content attenuated walls. mixture material inflammatory infiltrates was detected, or without remnants cyst wall. These suggest that scrotum derives from dystrophic calcification cysts.
