Idiopathic calcinosis of the scrotum: Histopathologic observations of fifty-one nodules

摘要: A 29-year-old man had a 2-year history of multiple, asymptomatic, firm, subcutaneous nodules on the scrotal skin, which sometimes discharged chalky material. Fifty-one were observed in histopathologic examination, revealed, addition to typical findings idiopathic calcinosis scrotum, various forms intact cysts: epidermal (some calcified), pilar (calcified), hybrid and indeterminate cysts with diffusely calcified keratinous content attenuated walls. mixture material inflammatory infiltrates was detected, or without remnants cyst wall.
