摘要: Abstract Huge quantities of ceramic tile waste are disposed annually in an unsafe manner, causing some environmental problems including air and soil contamination. So the re-use such would be perfect solution to get rid these problems. This research focused on exploring durable thermal stable geopolymer-based alkaline activation pozzocrete-fly ash (PFA) doped with different ratios (CW) compared their plain mixtures under normal conditions. The PFA was modified upon partially replaced CW at replacement levels 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% 20%, by weight. All PFA-CW pastes activated a mixture NaOH Na2SiO3 solutions. hardened specimens were cured 100% RH 40 ± 2 °C for 1, 7, 14 28 days. After 28 days, exposed elevated temperatures 200 °C, 400 °C, 600 °C 1000 °C heating rate 5 °C/min. Another batch subjected seawater 3 6 months. mechanical properties as well microstructure analysis prior after exposure monitored. geopolymer phases examined Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Thermogravimetric plus its derivative (TGA/DTG) Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). findings indicated that has positive effect PFA-geopolymer. inclusion 10% enhanced terms compressive strength before high-temperature solution.
