摘要: Premeiotic and meiotic chromosome distribution was studied in rat testes suspensions by a triple-color fluorescent staining protocol which allows simultaneous visual inspection of two chromosomal targets highlighted FISH together with immunostained SCP3 synaptonemal complex (SC) proteins are marked third, composite color. Triple labeling (RNO) 4q 19p specific probes disclosed that homologs separated premeiotic leptotene nuclei. Pairing homologous regions commenced during early zygotene, pairing the small metacentric chromosomes 19 preceding distal region long arm RNO4. Our results show homolog association occurs zygotene spermatogenesis, large showing considerable asynchrony. Comparison progression meiosis other mammals suggests asynchronous reflects size differences within complement.
