摘要: Depuis les deux dernieres decennies, la prise en charge des metastases hepatiques cancers colorectaux s’est amelioree. Le developpement de nouveaux traitements a l’action ciblee et leur integration dans strategies chirurgicales plus sures, sophistiquees eventuellement repetees expliquent pour une large part progres observes. Les courbes survie malades reseques atteignent desormais barre 50 % cinq ans.
