摘要: Abstract Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) is a significant business mechanism to reduce energy consumption of existing buildings. At present, there are three basic models EPC: Guaranteed-Savings Model, Shared-Savings Model and Costs Hosting Model. We suppose that the in which building owners, Service Companies (ESCOs) financial institutions can achieve optimal benefits, most suitable model developing stage EPC. construct benefits distribution involve stakeholders based on interval-valued fuzzy Shapley value, adjust these values according actual allocation energy-saving compare models. conclude bring maximum participation governments authoritative authentication appraisal solve two major problems: ‘unshared information’ ‘lack supervision system’.
