摘要: Members of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) family serve as pathogen sensors and participate in local autoimmune responses. This study found a correlation between glomerular injury TLR expression by analysing BXSB/MpJ-Yaa (BXSB-Yaa) lupus model mice. In isolated glomeruli, mRNA several TLRs was higher BXSB-Yaa mice than healthy control BXSB particular, Tlr8 its downstream cytokines markedly increased. mouse kidneys, TLR8 protein localized to podocytes, glomerulus mice, levels negatively correlated with podocyte functional markers (Nphs1, Nphs2, Synpo) positively urinary albumin levels. Furthermore, serum miR-21, putative microRNA ligand TLR8, were The also conclusion, overexpression correlates progression glomerulonephritis. Thus, altered might reflect injury.
