摘要: A 78-year-old male with a history of cardiac embolic stroke due to persistent AF and cerebral bleeding (CHADS2 score 4, HAS-BLED 4) was referred our hospital implant left atrial appendage (LAA) closure (LAAC) device. trans esophageal echocardiography performed high echoic lesion that difficult differentiate the spontaneous echo contrast or thrombus found in LAA cavity. After isoproterenol infusion, disappeared we confirmed it not an thrombus. Successful LAAC device implantation without any thromboembolic events.
