摘要: Abstract In this study, we sought to understand the influence of occupational lead-exposure on gene expression (Sod1) and activity (SOD) superoxide dismutase, catalase glutathione peroxidase (GPx, Gpx1) in leukocytes erythrocytes. The study group consisted 45 healthy male employees a lead-zinc works was divided into two subgroups: those with low exposure lead (LE) high (HE). addition, 17 administrative workers participated as control group. levels both Sod1 Gpx1 were significantly increased LE compared By contrast, noted only an insignificant tendency for HE unchanged. Nevertheless, SOD GPx activities erythrocytes elevated examined subgroups, whereas raised results led us conclude that has significant not antioxidant enzymes but also dose-dependent their genes.
