摘要: Experiments are performed using dry and humid air to clarify the effects of water vapour on characteristics surface dielectric barrier discharge (SDBD) investigate its impact performance SDBD for decomposition gaseous naphthalene in stream. The current characteristics, including capacitive currents, deeply analyzed mechanism is explored. results confirmed that humidity affected microdischarge distribution without affecting mode. Interestingly, it found had a significant influence capacitance reactor due deposition electrode dielectric, which, turn, affects power loss total consumed reactor. Thus, factor effect should be considered addition attachment coefficient. Additionally, there was an optimum level SDBD, value depended gas composition, where maximum efficiency O2/H2O achieved at ∼10%, which lower than obtained air/H2O (∼28%). also revealed role not humidified O2 high level. This attributed increase oxygen-derived species (such as O atoms O3) power, enough overcome negative humidity.
