摘要: A chemometric approach based on experimental design and desirability functions was used to develop validated a method for the determination of some metals biological concern by fast sequential ICP-AES. The elements considered are Al, Fe, Mn, Zn, Li, Na K. investigate effects three instrumental most crucial parameters, such as sheath gas flow rate, pump speed auxiliary rate. In order improve multielemental analysis speed, although instrument allows use separate parameter set each wavelength, regression models were applied find conditions providing highest global sensitivity. Validation performed in terms limits detection (LOD), quantitation (LOQ), linearity, precision recovery. By using 167.02 nm aluminium LOD 0.5 microg L(-1) while found K (65 L(-1)). linear range at least orders magnitude statistically demonstrated element. Precision evaluated testing two concentration levels, good results intra-day repeatability obtained, with R.S.D. values lower than 4.1% lowest level. Lacking suitable certified reference material, trueness estimated recovery rate fortified samples. then quantification serum sample.
