摘要: The study of borehole paleoclimatology aids scientists in determining past climate changes and understanding current trends. Accurate temperature logs are necessary to obtain a useful profile. However, as many workers have discovered, profiles can causes inaccuracy. Uncertainties associated with data include errors stemming from measurement, depth thermophysical property measurements, terrain effects. Terrain effects topography, land cover over time, direct diffused sun radiation, groundwater flow. This focused on specific influencing the United States dataset included International Heat Flow Commission global dataset. objective is determine severity influence feasibility correcting boreholes.
