摘要: Abstract A monolithic charge-to-amplitude converter integrated circuit (QAC) was developed using bipolar Analog Master Slice technology. The QAC employs a current splitter to meet with wide dynamic-range Q-to-A conversion system. also has an adjustment mechanism for the output voltage. We examined regarding input impedance, transfer function and integral nonlinearity.
