Methylation in schizophrenics: A pharmacogenetic study

摘要: Abstract An account is given of a pharmacogenetic study O-methylation (with particular reference to 4-O-methylation) by 21 schizophrenics who were in the acute phase illness and 55 control subjects. The method employed was measure urinary metabolites compound which extensively methylated man can be administered under loading conditions: protocatechuic acid. No significant differences methylation process detected between normal subjects schizophrenics.
