摘要: A new method for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of citrinin in Monascus by gas-chromatography-selected ion monitoring (SIM) mass spectrometry has been developed. GC separation extract was achieved without need chemical derivatization, could be detected as a single peak when SIM mode selected 5 prominent fragmentations (m/z 220, 205, 177, 105 91). The detection limit ∼1 ppb. Finally, GC-separated analyte from extract, at retention time 10.89 min, examined pattern recognition comparison with standard. results show that 2 compounds had 94% similarity used.
