摘要: Abstract. The Rainfall-Response Aquifer and Watershed Flow Model (RRAWFLOW) is a lumped-parameter model that simulates streamflow, spring flow, groundwater level, or solute transport for measurement point in response to system input of precipitation, recharge, injection. I introduce the first version RRAWFLOW available download public use describe additional options. open-source code written R language at http://sd.water.usgs.gov/projects/RRAWFLOW/RRAWFLOW.html along with an example streamflow. includes time-series process estimate recharge from precipitation by convolution, i.e., unit-hydrograph approach. Gamma functions are used estimation parametric impulse-response (IRFs); combination two gamma results double-peaked IRF. A spline fit set control points introduced as new method nonparametric IRFs. Several options included simulate time-variant systems. For many applications, lumped models equal accuracy distributed models, but moreover, ease construction calibration makes them good choice applications (e.g., estimating missing periods hydrologic record). provides professional hydrologists students accessible versatile tool modeling.
