摘要: Viruses encounter and manipulate almost all aspects of cell structure metabolism. The nuclear envelope (NE), with central roles in genome function, acts is usurped diverse ways by different viruses. It can act as a physical barrier to infection that must be overcome, functional restricts various mechanisms counteracted or indeed positive niche, important even essential for virus production progeny virions. This review summarizes virus-host interactions at the NE, highlighting progress understanding replication viruses including HIV-1, Influenza, Herpes Simplex, Adenovirus Ebola, molecular insights into hitherto unknown pathways NE.
