摘要: The influence of Fe nutrition on the distribution heavy metals Fe, Mn, Zn, and Cu metal chelators nicotianamine (NA) citrate in 6 different shoot 3 root parts xylem exudate a NA-containing tomato wild type its NA-less mutant was investigated. Under same supply showed higher Zn concentrations all organs investigated, with exception apex. concentration only than but much lower leaves. Analyses that were readily translocated by both genotypes from roots to at levels supply, whereas absence NA, poorly transported. Citrate as main chelator present high under low also 10 μM FeEDTA. NA occurred enough chelate ions.
