摘要: Among the therapeutic strategies used in treatment of anxiety, behavioral approaches featuring exposure to aversive stimuli occupy a central role. Research on effectiveness cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) anxiety disorders generally places at heart change. In fact, these studies have shown their empirical adults as well children (Barrett, 2009; Carr, Cartwright-Hatton et al., 2004). Despite proven effectiveness, exposures can present significant challenges therapist client (see Bouchard 2004; Davis 2009).
