摘要: Pulsed field gradients used together with trim pulses may cause artifacts in NMR spectra that originate from partial refocusing of dephased magnetization. These effects can reduce the efficiency solvent suppression. The duration and PFG should be range which is negligible. Background due to bad shimming also interfere B0 gradient pulses, producing gradient-recalled echoes receiver gain for experiments. shim settings optimized using simple experiments, as described this paper. Eddy currents cannot completely compensated by adjustments preemphasis induce phase shifts signals. decay constants a given spectrometer setup easily measured. If experiment does not allow proper compensation delays, must adjusted compensate these shifts.
