摘要: Thyroid antibodies are frequently observed in urticaria patients, but their roles not clearly elucidated. We investigated the role of serum specific IgE to thyroid peroxidase (TPO) patients with aspirin intolerant acute (AIAU) and chronic (AICU). recruited 59 AIAU 96 AICU 69 normal controls (NC). Serum TPO was measured by manual direct ELISA, CD203c expressions on basophil additions were prove a effector cells. The prevalences significantly higher (15.2%) groups (7.5%) compared NC (0%, P=0.018: P=0.013, respectively). Flow cytometry showed induction dose dependent manner serial some having high TPO. Our findings show that prevalence both than NC. It is suggested play pathogenic AICU.
