摘要: Most plant species in mixed grassland vegetation are colonized by arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi. Previous studies have reported differences host preferences among AM fungi, although the fungi known to lack specificity. In present study, distribution of phylogenetic groups belonging a clade Glomus was studied five from coastal Denmark. The occurrence determined PCR analyses fungal large subunit ribosomal DNA sequences amplified root fragments using specific primer set. results showed that dominant were able colonize all species, supporting view represent underground interconnecting mycelial network.
